Great location and good AC!!! Would stay here again!!

The place is in a great location with easy access to the beach, boardwalk and walking path. The size of the bedrooms and beds are very good. Parking is nice to have as well. However, there were just some things that could make it better. There was no garbage can in the bathroom, no iron or ironing board, the bathroom sink clogged and the fan in the one bedroom did not work. I am not trying to be negative but the doors in the place are old, kind of stick or don't shut easily, with no lock on the bathroom door. I know that it is a reach, but a washer and dryer is always nice to have as well.

AC was only in 1 bedroom. Blinds broken in front bedroom. Very little silverware (3 knives). Otherwise unit was clean and comfortable

The location of this apartment was amazing and it was very clean upon our arrival. Here are some suggestions for improvement with the accommodations. The kitchen is not well equipped. Kitchen needs: cutting board, flatware -not the cheap dollar store kind that's currently provided, large mixing bowl, food storage containers, more plates- that aren't as heavy and bulky as what's there now. The living room furniture is terribly uncomfortable. The bedroom dresser in the room with the window ac unit is cheap and the drawers kept coming off the track. The house needs more hooks throughout the common space for hat's, towels, etc. The deck chairs had moldy covers. The table umbrella was broken upon arrival. A small side table would be useful on the small deck facing Ocean Ave. We brought out one of the stools from the dining room. There needs to be another comforter in the bedroom with the window unit. Provide board games or cards for cloudy rainy days at the beach. A broom and dustpan would have been helpful considering the sand that's unintentionally brought in.

So close to the beach! Took 5 minutes to walk and we liked that it was by the lifeguard building. Bathrooms on either side! Beach was great and the house comfortably slept all 7 of us (7 adults, one child). At the start of the boardwalk so fun for all around. Would definitely stay here again.
