Nice, clean first floor end unit. Close to the beach, pool was great. If you have a big car, parking is tight. Family had a great time celebrating 250!

Unit was in a high traffic spot within the complex and could hear people climbing up and down the stairs at all times of the day and night. The parking spot was located very close to one end of the cornhole throwing area which was a little agitating. The unit was clean and ready for us. The one star deduction is a reflection of what I noted above. Also, the owner was in flexible with payment. I prefer to use American Express, which was shown on the Vrbo website as a possible payment option, but was refused by the owner.

Excellent stay! This unit is on the end on the first floor so it is literally the closest one to the beach. Electronic keypad lock so no need to worry about losing keys. Two grills right outside with utensils which was very convenient. Inside was very clean and had a few kitchen items to cook with which was helpful. 2 or 3 sets of dishes were available. Pull out couch that we had the kids sleep on. Pool was super nice with a sectioned off shallow end for young children. Walk to the beach or the boardwalk is super easy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Great location. Super clean and comfortable stay. Pet friendly and really close to the beach.

Exactly what we needed for a fair price, great communication and clean property.
