Nice, clean property in ideal location. Bad experience with very loud, disrespectful tenant above.
Positive: Location was ideal, property was clean with plenty of room.
Negative: One night the tenant above us hosted a full girls' soccer team for a party until well past quiet time. They were running, jumping, screaming, etc. The other nights the tenants let their kids run, play soccer, and yell until midnight. The property owner just responded that they would let the HOA know as they didn't own that unit. Nothing could be done. You know it's extremely too much when your own kids are begging you complain and can't sleep at midnight!

Emplacement super
Très très grand logement. Nous étions 8 et beaucoup de place. 3 stationnement pour nous. Aucun accessoire de piscine ou plage par contre. Très bien situé sur le Boardwalk.
