Location was great. Liked the large dining/living room area to have family time. Pool was a nice addition too. Communication with host was smooth

Nice, clean property in ideal location. Bad experience with very loud, disrespectful tenant above.
Positive: Location was ideal, property was clean with plenty of room.
Negative: One night the tenant above us hosted a full girls' soccer team for a party until well past quiet time. They were running, jumping, screaming, etc. The other nights the tenants let their kids run, play soccer, and yell until midnight. The property owner just responded that they would let the HOA know as they didn't own that unit. Nothing could be done. You know it's extremely too much when your own kids are begging you complain and can't sleep at midnight!
