Check in and out was simple and communication was excellent. The location was PERFECT. It was very clean. Very comfortable living room and nice porch space. Kitchen space had everything you would need in a kitchen, but we did not use much. Food that we did bring had to be stored in containers because there was an ant problem but only on kitchen counters. One room listed as a bedroom, was more a storage area with a cot. We only had 4 guests so we didn't need to use that room, but would have disappointed if we needed it. Plenty of space for folded clothes in dressers but absolutely nowhere to hang clothes on hangers. The listing included the amenity of washer and dryer, and there was none. We were only there for a long weekend so it wasn't a big problem for us. Also listed was a pool - didn't expect one because of the photo's but under the porch was a kiddie pool full of old rainwater.

Blue chair in living room was wet when we arrived. Opened chip bags under the bed when we arrived. Ants all over bedroom in back of house by the kitchen.Ceiling has an odd brown substance coming from it. Even after cleaning it seemed to come back.Fire alarm inoperable.Outdoor grill did not work.
